Zambia Reports recently floated another defamation campaign against Dr. Rajan Mahtani. This Time, Zambia Reports took the name of Finance Bank for creating defamation report. As understandable, these reports were written anonymously. Any learned individual reading their articles will clearly comprehend the fact that the article is less fact and more defamation agenda, which targets only one individual- Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani.
Generating such defamatory reports for grabbing limelight is not new for Zambia Reports. It has been long since ZR stopped working for journalism and started working for money. Whatever campaign they generate, it is for either defaming an individual or praising. The current article is no different. It was just a medium for generating attention from people as well as distracting Dr. Rajan Mahtani. Any sane person will understand that the article has no links to reality. BancABC controlled Finance Bank Zambia provided loan to another company Lamsaat. The loan amount was USD 10,000,000 and Lamsaat agreed to pay back in installments. As a result, when Lamsaat started avoiding payments, BancABC had to make a decision and made the call for repayment. This scenario is quite normal in the banking sector and would have resolved peacefully but ZR had another plans. They took the incident and put Dr. Rajan Mahtani’s name from nowhere. The article claimed that it was Dr. Rajan Mahtani who made the call for repayment. ZR also went on saying that Dr. Mahtani is still secretly managing Finance Bank. If Dr. Mahtani really wanted to control Finance Bank, he would not have parted ways with it in the first place. Is it very difficult for ZR to comprehend?
In the present situation, it is safe to say that Zambia Reports has lost all its credibility. It is slowly turning out to be like its financiers who want nothing but personal gain on the expense of others. Zambia Reports fails to see the toll it is taking on the common people of Zambia. It is time they should stop working for conspirators and start working for their motherland.
